  1. RETURN GOODS:
    • Merchandise is not to be returned unless a return goods authorization (RGA) has been obtained from lightingsmart.com. Send your email to Return with the subject "Return". We will response your request in 24 - 48 hours. No RGA will be issued for goods purchased more than 21 days.

    CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO RECEIVING CREDIT FOR GOODS RETURNED
    •A. Freight charge must be prepaid and goods returned via the same carrier we sent good to you.
    •B. Merchandise must be in original carton
    •C. RGA number must be clearly marked on carton
    •D. Goods must be returned within 30 days of authorization.
    •E. 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  2. ORDER CANCELLATION:
    •We accept the order cancellation within 12 hours after you made the order if the goods has not been shipped. Otherwise, 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  3. FREIGHT CLAIMS:
    • Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made with delivering carrier. Lightingsmart.com can not assume responsibilty for damage ot loss in transit.Visible damage must be noted to freight bill at time of delivery and it is your responsibility to file a claim with the the freight company. If the glasses are broken but no visible damage is on carton, we will send you a new one if we have the glass to match the fixtures.
